Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be allowed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Product missing from the order

Non-Refundable Items

• Due to the nature of food products, opened, used, or partially consumed items are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Request Process

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.
• Refund requests without supporting images may not be accepted.
• Once approved, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout via Razorpay.

Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and customer preference.
